How do you estimate pricing?
You are paying for a service based on TIME. We use the size of the property, number of bedrooms, extras, etc to estimate the amount of time the service will take, however, the estimate is just that...an ESTIMATE. The overall CONDITION of your home determines how much our cleaners will be able to complete. We first focus on areas of your home that are your Highest Priority and then maximize the remaining time as best as we can. If additional time (and an additional fee) is necessary to complete your project, our staff will communicate that with you.

Is Stain Removal Included in General Cleaning?
Unfortunately, we do not provide stain removal services.
How can I reschedule the cleaning service?
We understand things come up and plans change. You can log in to your personal portal to easily update your recurring services. Please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee if your cleaning is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
What kind of chemicals do you use for cleaning?
We are happy to use the cleaning products that you prefer and provide for our team. That way, you are in control!
